Fluoro-Carbon Wind-On leaders are the ultimate choice in leader materials and, therefore, demand a premium. This leader material is less visible when in the water and has a sink ratio that is two times greater than standard monofilament. Fluoro-carbon has a harder surface finish which is more resistant to abrasion than monofilament. Some anglers use Fluoro-Carbon for all their leaders connected to their baits and lures.
